We talk through your property or brand, who you're trying to reach, and where your current content falls short. You leave with a clear recommendation — even if it isn't us.

Custom proposal
Within 48 hours
A written scope with deliverables, timeline, and flat pricing. No packages you have to squeeze into, no surprise line items.

Shoot day
2–6 hours on site
We send a short prep checklist ahead of time, then handle the rest. Photo, video, drone, and social clips captured in one visit.

Edit & review
2–10 business days
You get a private gallery to review. Photos are color-corrected and retouched; video comes with one round of revisions built in.
- 05
Delivery & launch
Same week as approval
Final files land in your client gallery, sized for listings, social, and web. If we're building your site, this is when it goes live.
Shoot-day prep checklist
We send this ahead of every property shoot. An hour of prep is the difference between good photos and photos that book the calendar out.
- Declutter counters, nightstands, and bathrooms
- All lightbulbs working and matched in color
- Beds made with clean, wrinkle-free linens
- Blinds open, cars moved out of the driveway
- Trash bins and hoses tucked out of frame
- Yard mowed and porch furniture staged
Common questions
- How much does a shoot cost?
- Most Airbnb and property shoots land between a half-day and full-day rate, and video projects are quoted by scope. We price per project after the discovery call so you're paying for what you actually need.
- How far do you travel?
- We're based in Rogers, AR and cover Northwest Arkansas and the wider Ozarks regularly — Beaver Lake, Bentonville, Fayetteville, Bull Shoals, Table Rock and beyond. Farther out is possible with travel included in the quote.
- Do I need to be there for the shoot?
- No. Most hosts give us access instructions and we handle the rest, sending a prep checklist so the space is camera-ready when we arrive.
- Can you do photo, video, and the website?
- Yes — that's the ideal setup. We shoot the content and build the site around it, so your visuals and your booking page ship together.
- How soon can you get on the calendar?
- Typically within one to two weeks, sooner for smaller shoots. Book a discovery call and we'll show you the next open dates.
